Michelle Cusick

Customer Relations


Michelle is Customer Relations Specialist.  She is responsible for Customer Relations and Office Support.  She started working for Letum in 2004 as a cemetery office manager. 

Michelle graduated from Indiana University of Penna. in 1995, with degrees in Elementary and Special Educ.  She most recently, in 2016, earned a Master Herbalist degree from the Natural Healing College. 

She has been the County Registrar since 2012.  She is responsible for certifying death certificates as a representative for the Commonwealth of PA/Dept of Health, Division of Vital Records. 
Michelle and her husband Tom own an active homestead in McElhattan, PA.  Together they raise fruits, veggies, animals, bees and make and sell soap and other all natural homemade products.

Allen Dave

Vice President


National Board Certified Funeral Director and Texas Life Insurance Agent, Allen L. Dave, Jr. graduated from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Services in 2003 with high honors and received Todd W. Van Beck President's Award in Funeral Service Management and the Most Impressive Performance Student Award.

Allen completed the educational programs of International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association at the Fogelman School of Business at the University of Memphis. In 2003, College of Sales & Marketing, 2004 College of Funeral Home Management, 2005 College of Cremation Services, and 2006 College of Cemetery Administration and Management.  Allen graduated as class valedictorian in 2006 and completed the master's program in 2007 and became a Certified Crematory Administrator and Certified Crematory Counselor. In addition, he attended the College of 21st Century Services, In-Sight Institute Funeral Celebrant Training and became a professor at ICCFA University at The University of Memphis in 2008. After graduating, he returned and completed the College of Cemetery & Land Management in 2009 and the ICCFA University CEO program in 2010.

He is one of few funeral directors in the nation who completed this level of funeral management education. Therefore, he strongly believes he is of value to the consumers of Texas and the death care industry. He promises to conduct business at the highest level of professional standards.

He and his wife Micca have three children, Barrington, Jasmine, and Alexandria.

David Forney

Director of Marketing


David is the Director of Marketing for Letum, Inc.  He is responsible for brand positioning, marketing, advertising and public relations.  He also assists with strategic planning for the corporation. 
 
David joined Letum, Inc. in 2015 after spending over 30 years with The Hershey Company.  During his career with The Hershey Company, David worked in Marketing Research, New Product Development, Brand Marketing and Advertising.  David retired from Hershey as the Senior Director of Global Consumer Communications with responsibility for all media planning and buying, advertising creative development and production globally including the Americas, Europe and Asia. 
 
David graduated from Millersville University with a BS in Business Administration.  He attended The College of William and Mary in Virginia where he received his MBA with a focus in Marketing.  He has completed post-graduate work in Clinical Psychology at The Pennsylvania State University.
 
David currently resides in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania during the summer and Aiken, South Carolina in the winter.  His family includes two dogs Diesel and Lacey, two horses Joker and Gali and many friends.

Dr. Eva J. Harris

Human Resources Director


Dr. Eva J. Harris joins Letum Inc as an accomplished, Senior Compliance Human Resources CHR professional with broad HR educational marketing, skilled in development, workforce strategy and deliver of human resources programs.  Targets strategic strategies for successful business outcome focused on solutions for client organizations.  Vastly experienced, reflecting high performance in program facilitation training, encompassing strategic planning, employee audits and investigations, qualitative & quantitative research.  The Human Resources Director main role is to organize and direct all aspects of the human resources function of Letum INC and Winnfield Holding Corporation including employment, policies and  procedures, compensation, employee benefits, employee relations, and training.  

Dr. Harris grow up in the funeral home industry and was a prior funeral home and floral shop partner working in administration and in the day-to-day operations.  For more than 20 years, she has worked in higher education in conjunction with her business development strategists consulting business, where she was noted for being proficient in institutional planning, assessment, and compliance. Focused on achieving continuous, improved business performance, she stays constant and fervent in prayer for inspiration and expanded motivation for continual professional awareness of the market trends and its needs in the marketplace. 

A native of Bethany, Louisiana, received her Doctorate from Friends International Christian University, Merced, CA, graduate of Central Michigan University at Mt. Pleasant with a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/concentration in Organizational Management from Wiley College in Marshall, TX. 

Dr. Harris is the mother of two beautiful adult children, two extremely beautiful granddaughters, and twin grandsons of which she loves to spend time with; least to say grandpuppy sitting for a special Maltese-Shih Tzu name Nippy.  She enjoys Christian Ladies Day Conferences and Development workshops, Christian musicals, horseback riding, dancing, motor cycle riding, reading, networking, and traveling.

Robert Lomison

Chairman of the Board


Robert Lomison is Chairman of the Board and former President of Letum, Inc., a Pennsylvania based corporation which owns and operates cemeteries and funeral homes in Louisiana, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington State. He entered the business in 1981, as a memorial counselor in West Chester, PA and held a variety of sales management positions at cemeteries in Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.

Lomison is a Past President and a member of the Board of Directors, Pennsylvania Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association; member of the Death Care Management Council; International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association; National Funeral Directors Association; Washington Cemetery and Funeral Association; Louisiana Cemetery Association and New York State Cemetery Association. Presently, is a member of the Finance Committee of the ICCFA. He has been a speaker at numerous cemetery industry trade association meetings and sales seminars.

Lomison is a 1977 graduate of Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, PA. A member of the University Foundation Board of Directors, and has served as chairman of the Long Range Planning and Audit Committee. In 1999, he was awarded the Alumni Service Award by the University. A conference room in the Alumni Center is named in his honor.

He is a Past National President and currently Chairman of the Triangle Trust Fund, Phi Mu Delta National Fraternity. In 1998, was inducted into the Distinguished Service Chapter of the national fraternity.

As a member of the Montoursville Presbyterian Church, he has served on numerous boards and committees. He serves as a volunteer and board member for a variety of community activities and was recognized in 1998 by the South Central Aids Assistance Network for his outstanding contributions. 

Rick Rickabaugh

Executive Assistant


Rick has been Executive Assistant since March 2009 and later took over graphic design responsibilities for marketing the cemeteries and funeral homes. He is also responsible for organizing and scheduling meetings, updating daily and monthly reports, and various other tasks that assist the CEO and the company.

Before moving into his current position, Rick was General/Sales Manager at one of the cemeteries formerly operated by Letum Inc. in Pennsylvania. Rick graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1998, with a degree in fine art.  After graduation he explored various vocations including the creation of a graphic design company. He has received national recognition for some of his design work and several awards.

His work includes the websites for some of the cemeteries and funeral homes as well as restaurants and other organizations.

Rick was married on May 25, 2012 in a ceremony held in Jamaica.

Craig Schwalm

President


Craig is the President and Chief Operating Officer, and is a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for the operations of the Company's cemeteries, funeral homes and crematories. He entered the industry in 1991, as a seasonal groundskeeper during high school.

Craig graduated from Lock Haven University in 1997, with a degree in sociology, and started his career in earnest as a memorial counselor at William Howard Day Cemetery, Steelton, PA. He became Vice President of Operations of Letum, Inc., in 2004, and was promoted to his current position in 2006.

He is the Vice President of the Pennsylvania Cemetery Cremation and Funeral Association, and a member of the New York State Cemetery Association. He is a graduate of the International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association University.

He and his wife Deanna have two children Gannon and Grant.
