Michelle Cusick

Customer Relations

Michelle is Customer Relations Specialist.  She is responsible for Customer Relations and Office Support.  She started working for Letum in 2004 as a cemetery office manager. 
Michelle graduated from Indiana University of Penna. in 1995, with degrees in Elementary and Special Educ.  She most recently, in 2016, earned a Master Herbalist degree from the Natural Healing College. 
She has been the County Registrar since 2012.  She is responsible for certifying death certificates as a representative for the Commonwealth of PA/Dept of Health, Division of Vital Records. 
Michelle and her husband Tom own an active homestead in McElhattan, PA.  Together they raise fruits, veggies, animals, bees and make and sell soap and other all natural homemade products.  Her business became a licensed cosmetic and non-prescription drug manufacturer/distributor in 2017.

Jennifer Danko

Vice President of Sales

Jennifer and her husband, Jason, have 8 children and recently had an addition of their 4th grandchild to the family. Jennifer started her career in the Funeral and Cemetery industry in Corpus Christi, TX over 23 years ago. She has held numerous positions in both operations, marketing, property development, and sales management, but most enjoys working on the sales side. 

Jennifer owned and operated her own pre-need and monument company in the Chicago area for 8 years prior to rejoining the corporate world. Jennifer and her family recently relocated back to Texas and she joined the Letum team in September 2017. 

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and scrapbooking.

Allen Dave

Vice President

National Board Certified Funeral Director and Cremation Specialist Allen L. Dave, Jr. graduated from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Services in 2003 with high honors and received Todd W. Van Beck President's Award in Funeral Service Management and the Most Impressive Performance Student Award.

Allen completed the educational programs of International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association ICCFA hosted at the Fogelman College of Business & Economics at the University of Memphis. In 2003, College of Sales & Marketing, 2004 College of Funeral Home Management, 2005 College of Cremation Services and 2006 College of Cemetery Administration and Management. Allen graduated as class valedictorian in 2006 and continued completing the master's program in 2007 and became a Certified Crematory Administrator and Certified Crematory Counselor. In 2008, he attended the College of 21st Century Services and In-Sight Institute Funeral Celebrant Training becoming a certified celebrant. In 2009, he completed the College of Cemetery & Land Management and 2010 he accomplished final academic requirements in death care education the C.E.O. program. He joined the educational staff becoming a professor at ICCFA University.  He has lectured in the celebrant program and currently in the ICCFA University's International Studies College.

Allen Dave served as Allied Industry Chairman from 2009-2011, appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors of ICCFA under President Mark Krause and was elected to the board of directors twice from 2011-2016.

In 2010, Allen Dave formed a company, Deathcare Management & Financial Group, LLC., to manage funeral homes in Texas. Bob Lomison of Letum, Inc. offered Allen his first management contract in Central Texas. In 2014, Allen joined the senior management team of Letum, Inc. as vice-president of the funeral home division and in 2015, vice-president of Letum, Inc.

Death care leading professional association ICCFA honored and awarded Allen with his certification accreditation as a Certified Funeral Executive at their 2014 national convention. This is the highest honor recognized by his peers and the national association.

In addition, in 2014 Allen became a Texas Certified Crematory Operator and is a Louisiana and Texas life insurance agent, served his second term on the ICCFA Board of Directors expired 2016 and a featured speaker across the country. In January 2016, Allen Dave received his approval from the Louisiana State Board of Embalmers & Funeral Directors to practice in the State of Louisiana.

Louisiana Cremation Service, Inc., a subsidiary of Letum Inc. was formed and acquired Winnfield Holding Corporation February 29, 2016. Allen Dave, named president of the company. Winnfield Holding Company consist of three funeral homes and a cemetery. Allen Dave has the unique opportunity of owning, operating and managing funeral homes, cemeteries and crematories in Louisiana and Texas consisting of 10 funeral homes, 7 cemeteries and 2 crematories. Allen Dave plan to continue expanding in acquisitions of other funeral homes to enhance their brands and continue building their legacy.

He is one of few funeral directors in the nation who completed this level of death care management education. Therefore, he strongly believes he is of great value to consumers and the death care industry. He promises to conduct business at the highest level of professional standards at all times.

He and his wife Micca have three children; Barrington, Jasmine, Alexandria and all are in college at this time.

David Forney

Director of Marketing

David is the Director of Marketing for Letum, Inc.  He is responsible for brand positioning, marketing, advertising and public relations.  He also assists with strategic planning for the corporation. 
David joined Letum, Inc. in 2015 after spending over 30 years with The Hershey Company.  During his career with The Hershey Company, David worked in Marketing Research, New Product Development, Brand Marketing and Advertising.  David retired from Hershey as the Senior Director of Global Consumer Communications with responsibility for all media planning and buying, advertising creative development and production globally including the Americas, Europe and Asia. 
David graduated from Millersville University with a BS in Business Administration.  He attended The College of William and Mary in Virginia where he received his MBA with a focus in Marketing.  He has completed post-graduate work in Clinical Psychology at The Pennsylvania State University.
David currently resides in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania during the summer and Aiken, South Carolina in the winter.  His family includes two dogs Diesel and Lacey, two horses Joker and Gali and many friends.

Robert Lomison

Chairman of the Board

Robert Lomison is Chairman of the Board and former President of Letum, Inc., a Pennsylvania based corporation which owns and operates cemeteries and funeral homes in Louisiana, New York, Texas and Washington State. He entered the business in 1981, as a memorial counselor in West Chester, PA and held a variety of sales management positions at cemeteries in Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.

Lomison is a Past President and a member of the Board of Directors, Pennsylvania Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association; member of the Death Care Management Council; International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association; National Funeral Directors Association; Washington Cemetery and Funeral Association; Louisiana Cemetery Association and New York State Cemetery Association.  He has been a speaker at numerous cemetery industry trade association meetings and sales seminars.

Lomison is a 1977 graduate of Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, PA. A member of the University Foundation Board of Directors, and has served as chairman of the Long Range Planning and Audit Committee. In 1999, he was awarded the Alumni Service Award by the University. A conference room in the Alumni Center is named in his honor.

He is a Past National President and former Chairman of the Triangle Trust Fund, Phi Mu Delta National Fraternity. In 1998, was inducted into the Distinguished Service Chapter of the national fraternity.  In 2018, served as Honorary Chairman of the Centennial Conclave.

As a member of the Montoursville Presbyterian Church, he has served on numerous boards and committees. He serves as a volunteer and board member for a variety of community activities and was recognized in 1998 by the South Central Aids Assistance Network for his outstanding contributions.

Rick Rickabaugh

Director of Marketing

Rick has been Executive Assistant since March 2009 and later took over graphic design responsibilities for marketing the cemeteries and funeral homes. He is also responsible for organizing and scheduling meetings, updating daily and monthly reports, and various other tasks that assist the CEO and the company.

Before moving into his current position, Rick was General/Sales Manager at one of the cemeteries formerly operated by Letum Inc. in Pennsylvania. Rick graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1998, with a degree in fine art.  After graduation he explored various vocations including the creation of a graphic design company. He has received national recognition for some of his design work and several awards.

His work includes the websites for some of the cemeteries and funeral homes as well as restaurants and other organizations.

Rick was married on May 25, 2012 in a ceremony held in Jamaica. blah

Craig Schwalm


Craig is the President and Chief Operating Officer, and is a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for the operations of the Company's cemeteries, funeral homes and crematories. He entered the industry in 1991, as a seasonal groundskeeper during high school.

Craig graduated from Lock Haven University in 1997, with a degree in sociology, and started his career in earnest as a memorial counselor at William Howard Day Cemetery, Steelton, PA. He became Vice President of Operations of Letum, Inc., in 2004, and was promoted to his current position in 2006.

He is the Vice President of the Pennsylvania Cemetery Cremation and Funeral Association, and a member of the New York State Cemetery Association. He is a graduate of the International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association University.

He and his wife Deanna have two children Gannon and Grant.
